Refund Policy
Customers who are on a premium plan can request a refund by sending an email to help@sheerhealth.com. We will offer a refund if a member mistakenly signed up to a premium subscription, if they do not believe the services were adequate, or will consider a refund for any other reason if requested by the member.

Subscription Cancellation Policy
Sheer Health subscriptions are month-to-month. A member can cancel at any time by going the account tab in the Sheer Health mobile app or web app and clicking "Manage my subscription", or by emailing help@sheerhealth.com with the request and we will take care of it for you.
